Updated 6m map of Ireland and Britain

Took some time, but at least I updated the map of Ireland and Britain. It´s still a work in progress, but to me it seems sufficient enough now to use it as a basis for upcoming changes in the simulator. The updates of the map include:

• added lots of villages and cities of 800AD
• swamped large areas in accordance to what the resources said for 800 AD
• added the mystic Island "High-Brasil"
• added the dominions for 800 AD
• Changed to an 6-miles-hex map
• Added ruins where Hadrian´s-Wall stood
  
• Added maps showing the:
  - civilisation-grade in accordance of population
  - dominions
  
• Generated a 3D hex-map with the simulator

For to be able to make this map, I also supplemented the simulator. Additional features include:

• (Much) faster scrolling in the strategic map
• Faster editing of terrain
  
• You can now edit terrain, moisture, vegetation in the strategic map
• There are presets for various terrain-types
• Replacing of settlements now possible

The updates are not finished right now and I still want to add more features before publishing an update. Next update might come in a week or two...
